At BSRB Buyer Times Infra Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing a transparent and customer-friendly experience. Our Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for plot bookings. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Plot Booking Cancellation & Refund

1.1 Refund Eligibility:

• A refund request can be made only if the cancellation is initiated within 15 days of the booking date.
• Refunds will be processed only for bookings where the legal agreement has not been executed.
• If the plot allocation has been completed and documents have been registered, the refund request will not be entertained.

1.2 Cancellation Charges:

• If the customer cancels within 7 days of booking, 90% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• If the cancellation is made between 8 to 15 days, 75% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• After 15 days, the booking amount will be non-refundable.

1.3 Processing Time:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of cancellation request submission.
• The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

2. Refund for Special Offers & Discounts

• Any bookings made under special promotional offers, discounts, or limited-time deals are non-refundable.
• Any processing fees, administrative charges, or legal fees incurred during the transaction will be deducted from the refundable amount.

3. Transfer of Booking

• Instead of requesting a refund, a customer may choose to transfer their booking to another available plot within the same or different project (subject to availability and approval).
• The customer may also nominate another buyer to take over their booking, with prior approval from BSRB Buyer Times Infra Pvt. Ltd.

4. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund, customers must:

1. Submit a written request via email to support@buyertimes.co.in or visit our office.
2. Provide booking details, payment receipt, and a valid reason for cancellation.
3. Attach KYC documents and a cancelled cheque or bank account details for the refund process.

Our team will verify the details and process the refund as per the terms stated above.

5. No Refund in Case of Legal Violations

• If any false information is provided during the booking process, leading to cancellation, no refund will be issued.
• If a refund request is made due to non-compliance with legal terms or regulations, BSRB Buyer Times Infra Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to reject the request.

6. Company Rights & Final Decision

• BSRB Buyer Times Infra Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
• Any disputes related to refunds will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
• The final decision on refund approvals rests solely with the company.
